Placing an order via this website is conditional upon your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is implied upon placing an order.
Delivery outside of the United Kingdom
Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK. For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom - you will be named as the Importer of Record. You will be liable for any duties/taxes levied by your own tax authorities. Please read our Terms and Conditions.
From January 2021 all orders for delivery to EU destinations are VAT free. Please be aware that import duties and taxes will now be payable in EU destinations on customs clearance.
Delivery Schedule & Costs
We aim to dispatch goods by the next working day following placement of order where possible, or within 2 working days otherwise. If goods cannot be dispatched within this time frame you will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel.
We use a variety of couriers in order to provide the best and most cost effective solution in order to keep shipping charges to a minimum. Most services are tracked, except samples and some low value items.
If you have a preference (for / against) a specific courier, please let us know prior to dispatch and we will attempt to accommodate this.

Returns
